And Yes — I’m Joining the East Japan International Marathon!


Yesterday, I restarted some light cardio in preparation for my upcoming workplace health check.
I did 20 minutes of treadmill walking, 20 minutes in the pool, and wrapped it up with a 10-minute sauna.

And this weekend, on April 27th, I’ll be running 10K in the East Japan International Marathon!

Back in February, I attempted a half marathon but had to stop at the 15K mark.
That frustration stuck with me.

This time, I’m running for redemption — at my own pace, but with determination to finish.
